★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many NGOs, I felt this Is the best NGO, they not only train us, they too learn with us (I mean they learn sign language to communicate with hearing impaired people), they motivate us, teach us, and care about our future too, it means they really mean it. I heartily wanted to say thanks to each and every one especially Shiva sir and akhila mam.

The place is well maintained and has positive atmosphere. Perfect place for PwD, women, transgender people & Ex-service people for getting jobs.

Slowly I gained confidence and able to perform very well in the training period. Later, I got job in WinVinaya itself as a trainer. Now, I am training many candidates who are like me. I feel very positive and well supported by my team. Proud to be part of WinVinaya Family.
