Pros
Ongoing focus on core values drives daily business decisions. Very smart leaders and hard working teams with a focus on a great culture. Strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork.
Cons
You have to dig really hard to find cons and even then they would be petty. Comparing to other companies, Alight really shines!
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work! The last few years have been a lot of work with the divestiture- keep thinking forward!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building at sec 48 gurgoan was previously aon hewitt organisation
So if you were under aon hewitt /alight you ultimately have to work for that organisation
There is no much change in policy as that of wipro
Same leaves same way of work same promotion cycles just your designation will be changed according to wipro
The building overall is good and pantries provide quite good food here
Outside you can find dhabas to eat and other small shops for tea coffee juice etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great infrastructure , management and transport facility but now the major part of it is shared with Wipro which guidelines and policies are not at all good.
Work time- 9 :30hr Wipro though in alight it's 8 hr. No good transport facility , and lesser raise in Wipro. So make sure what you sign up for as the major holding now in the hands of wipro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office was looking so good but the interview process are not. Actually I went there through a consultancy. They told me that there are 2 steps. First is aptitude test and second is technical discussion. I waited for 1 hour and got a call from consultancy. She told, if anyone asks for aptitude test they you have to say .. I'm done and qualified. It was not the right process. After an hour a technical person took my interview and said, we will let you know.

In terms of salary I can its good can be better, in terms of infrastructure and tools its up to the mark, however I have seen few managers only think about their own career and don't give their hand to the team members. Rest its okay okay.
