I'm using Wise Touch switches + remote since 4.5 years. Easy installation and configuration, just like an play and play. Also programming is so easy as per our convenience we can configured smart switches as we called them scenes by combination of lights and fans. Till now we didn't find any issue, switches operations are very smooth and working as expected.
As a user, overall experience is awesome.
Most important Wise having huge product range in affordable cost.

Company fundamentals, processes, products and their qualities are excellent (there is no compromise). And I feel that's the real reason Wise reach to their success with excellent customer base.
