We engaged with Wisethink Solutions for the creation of new support with the existing application and they have done a tremendous job for us. The entire team was very responsive as the project progressed. I really admire the patience and perseverance displayed by all of you in understanding and implementing multiple changes in the solution as we went through the implementation journey . Even though , in a few cases, I asked to make some changes to the forms even towards the end of the project, the team rose to the occasion and implemented the changes seamlessly and quickly. The attitude displayed by all of you during the course of the project was really exemplary and delivered a good customer experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We outsourced work to Wisethink which originally was of a good standard but increasingly became poorer in quality. We provided several warnings to the company that the standard of their work was jeopardising our relationships with our clients however it continued to deteriorate further until we agreed to part ways. We lost tens of thousands of dollars from clients because of their work and Wisethink agreed to provide a refund to us however after many false promises and 6 months later, we have still not received anything back.
Both Ankit Jain & Shivani Jain have acted dishonourably and we would not work with them again.
We would urge you also to not work with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Wisethink on a number of projects - Zoho and website builds. The quality of the Zoho work was very poor, with custom modules where there didn't have to be, and orphan objects. Out of 5 projects, 4 customers asked for refunds and the other one was really unhappy. We have lost tens of thousands of dollars and had our reputation severely damaged due to this company. When we asked them for a refund, they ran us around in circles for months with us chasing them. Don't work with these guys, it's really not worth the stress.
