★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently opted for wishnet broadband and got myself a new connection and i must say i am very happy with the service.I went with their 70Mb/s package (around 8-8.125 MB/s) and i am very happy with.Everything works flawlessly streaming,gaming,downloading .There is not even a single moment of buffering at 1080p60fps on youtube or any other similar platforms, downloads happen at blazing speeds and lastly if i have to talk about gaming there is no signal loss and the the ping is unbelievable.I have personally tested the ping on the following games mentioned below .
PUBG Mobile- 30-44 ms
Counter-Strike Global Offensive(64 tick server)- 47-52 ms
Counter-Strike Global Offensive(SoStronk)- 5 ms
Counter-Strike Global Offensive(FaceIt)- 65-80 ms
TL;DR-I am very much satisfied and i hope it remains so.

Reasons:
1. Customer support is NILL.
2. Connecting down twice or thrice in a week.
3. Cost is not perfect for this type of internet speed.
4. In the evening time, when user number increases internet speed is decreased like a old person walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unreliable and very unprofessional support. Wishnet in Burdwan was down more than thrice last months and its hard to reach the support team. Support team is is very unprofessional and drop your call on the face without giving docket no. Please avoid Wishnet.

Wishnet has bundle OTT offers with broadband plans that are absolutely free. The OTT list includes Amazon Prime, Zee5, Voot Select, Sony LIV, Hoichoi, Addatimes, Hungama Play, Shemaroo Me, Gaana Plus. The best to chose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took this broadband connection just because of pricing.I have used many of broadband and experience with wishnet is not satisfactory.
I am a developer by profession and gamer by nature.
I spend 10 hours of time in coding and development and 3 hours in gaming.
During my meetings with google meet I have observed quality drop issue with wishnet.
I also have worked with google cloud platform and faced frequent timeout with that as well.
This network is not suitable for gaming. Comparing to alliance broadband its has the pathetic routing for gaming packets . I am not comparing to airtel ?. As well as 1-3 % of packet drop is acceptable as per customer care.
Currently it's 2am and i think wishnet is without load.Still I am getting 0.7% loss.
Now coming to download experience , mostly peered you will get good download speed with wishnet.
Video experience is also good . Most of the OTT and youtube video is cached locally.
In my locality same fiber is being used for wishnet and alliance so uptime is same for both.
You can expect 30 minutes to 2 hour downtime in. Month.
Pricing is cheapest among all isp in west bengal. And thanks for same pool of pricing for kolkata and wb.
I ll strongly suggest this connection for downloaers, video streaming (view only) .
I ll also discourage gamers , office workers and youtube streamers as you end up with it. This is not a solution for WFH . Better to buy a 4g dongle and use it wisely.
