★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed on rent here. Very good society, people are like closed knit family. The amenities are nice. People tend to celebrate festivals together. We used to play volleyball everyday, occasional cricket on weekends. Everyone here is very helpful. The society has car parking allotted to each flat.
I stayed at B-403 and later moved to B-303. B-403 owner Mr. Anil Vidhani is a very nice person and it was a pleasure to stay at his house. A very humble man. I left the flat as I was looking for more storage area (cupboards etc.).
Avoid renting out on B-303, the owner Mr. Kedar would want the rent to be credited within starting 2 days of the month, which is okay, but will take half a year and multiple follow-ups to return security deposit. I feel lucky I got my money back.
