I sent my team as per there request for a video shoot, and these idiots made the team wait for 2 hours and did not even appear (while the deal was to finish the shoot in one hour). I don't even understand how companies like Xiaomi are even working with them.

Have no clue on requirement, kept changing requirements and location. On top of that these guys have denied from paying the fees/charge as well which was discussed.
