β β β β β WNS should understand the criticality of the pandemic situation, all the companies have started Work from home policy, but WNS is still telling their employees to work from office. This is very risky, WNS should understand, employees lifes are at risk.

Many types of process available, Insurance, Medical, Technical and Non Technical etc. So one can try and get selected after facing scheduled interview inspite of different qualification level he has.Most important aspect is job security which is inversely proportional to the salary in general. Transport facility for all employees. Safe place for ladies to work. Many employees are there who have completed more than 10 years with WNS. Overall a good place to work for all age group including students who can continue their studies with job due to flexible shift timings. It is you have good luck it will be like cherry on the cake if you are placed under good Manager. It's all, Thanks

β β β β β Worst management ever. If youβre ever thinking of resigning in a proper way, your managers will block you in all medium and keep you hanging. No one will even respond for resignation but will surely bark on top of their voice if you make one silly mistake. I read the reviews and joined and trust me it was bad decision ever. If you genuinely want to work in a happy environment with peace of mind, please do not join WNS. Itβs been more than a week Iβm struggling for resignation but none of the management people are bothered. Please stay away from this company ??
