I hope this email finds you well. I know you won't have a lot of time to read this but It's just a humble explanation from an employee who tried his best to get into WNS, however the behavior of your HR has lead me to write this email. I have been harassed by the HR, Mr. Majid Bashir Khan works in Weikfield (PUNE) Vinan nagar, he took my interview in a consultancy for your company. I was selected by the Operations manager and I was really happy to join WNS as it was one of my dream company.
The HR use to call me up early in the morning 9'o clock to his office where even the security guards won't let me in and he himself use to come late by around 12 o clock and sometimes doesn't even showed up. He did this to me for an entire month. I was jobless and in need of money still I use to travel 70 km daily on my bike just to get into your organisation.
After a month he finally decided to give me the offer letter but decided to pay me the minimum that he can. I have experience of insurance background of around 7 years and my last withdrawn was 32k however he offered me 25k which is like going 2 years back. He forced me to take this package and there was no discussion. He even threatened me that if I ever try to get into WNS he would still hire me at 25k straight.
I just want to ask one thing. Is this how employees are being treated in your organisation. Making me wait was okay, calling me again and again for documentation was also fine but threatening me as if I attempted a crime coming to WNS for a job? I'm looking for job elsewhere but all I wanna convey is please don't do this to other employees this is gonna ruin your company's reputation and name just because of one person.

Worst company.. Don't value for their employees..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, the Ops Mgr. who had called me for a face to face, turned up 2 hours after the given time. After a simple sorry an interview was taken. The whole matter got repeated, sadly I was now found not fit for the role. Because, fundamental knowledge and experience in the desired domain was nil. My time, effort and cost could have been put elsewhere! Managers need to make a choice, a right choice.
