★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my surgery done here, doctors are good and everything went smoothly and was discharged nxt day only. Major problem was huge communication gap between Dr and nursing staff, hope they do something about it.

Other staff members were found to be good and perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst & Most expensive Hospital. More expensive does not mean good staff or intelligent Doctors. Entire staff have financial targets & working towards how they can increase patient bill. Will inject most expensive injections ( not sure giving it to patient) will bill to your account. Unnecessary tests. Most of the 5 star reviews are fake reviews. Marketing team will pass on commission to you Doctor who recommended you to this hospital.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing first 1 hour experience, pathetic start even after being cashless and informed in advance it took 1 hour for admission, no ward boy available to escort so kept us waiting in lobby,later sent some other ward boy who didn't had clue and didnt got room keys and again kept waiting in lobby later someone came with wrong keys, It was like we have booked a lodge and poor experience till now
Update: Hospital staff apologies for this issue and promised to upgrade our room in 1 hour which they upgrade after 2 hours ,room looks nice but earlier room was pathetic..will keep you posted,right updating old room photos and will update new room photos soon.
Final Update : New room was beautiful and had few issues with canteen staff and i was under impression that whatever the issue will be, I will go with good rating but things changes .
Canteen staff took money for juice we ordered and vanished till we follow up and they returned money after 3-4 reminders,
Attached below photo were staff kept syline and food together and even after pressing emergency button for help ,no nurse came to resume and later visited with angry face and cleared table, i am thinking what is this was emergency and patient is pressing emergency button and no help for 15 minutes'? I am sure hospital will not answer and chose to ignore.
Final day of discharge , i am being told doctor will visit to explain how and when to take medicine,after waiting for long time no one visited and gave 3 reminders for doctor and i am being told i need to visit doctor as doctor won't come, i said doctor need to visit patience but this DOCTOR SHAMITA have seriously on ego trip and was adamant not to visit patient and called me to receiption desk and asking stupid questions.
I dont want to go much in details, but final verdict 'AVOID THIS HOSPITAL ' THEY HAVE POOR SERVICE'
Still my mother have shared good review in their feedback book, but trust me rather visit other hospitals and not WOCKHARDT.
