★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process was well planned and it was a pleasant experience taking COVID-19 vaccination. Executives were polite and gave clear instructions. There was also a presentation screen explaining about taking care for any effect post vaccination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a decent experience. Although many scope of improvement are there, the room 1203 had mold and fungi on the ceiling, at night the nursing station makes a lot of chatter, which sometimes is disturbing.
Also the medical staff should explain in more details on what's going and what are the results of the test conducted, I have to constantly ask and than they will tell, that also briefly. It should be proactive information flow not a reactive.

My relatives was admitted in this hospital and citiscan report was provided after 5-6 hrs. This hospital not like private hospitals the treated like government hospital.me and my family very upset.hospital staff not coprative with patient family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent treatment given by Dr Girish Bhalerao sir, hospitality from all staff perticularly Mr Alok Singh from marketing department ,fascelities given by hospital , food pertaining to pt's comorbidities was taken care of , neet & clean hospital i have never seen in past. My & my family's stay with my wife (pt) is memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This maybe a good hospital. I've never got treated here. But when I came for visiting a patient, I was made to sit outside the hospital. It was extremely windy outside and this just doesn't seem right. If there is no access to the hospital waiting room, visitors shouldn't be treated this way. Highly un acceptable. I have worked as a staff in Cleveland clinic hospital Branch in UAE. This is not way to treat a visitor.
Thank you. Hopefully this review will improve the process, please reply to me and let me know that this process is changed and I will gladly remove this review and give a better one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately had a very bad experience, booked for appointment for Girish Bhalerao on Tuesday for Thursday because all bookings were full. The appointment was cancelled on Wed evening. Booked again Thursday for Friday and again canceled Friday morning. If you are free, you can play booking-booking but if you need help urgently, not sure. Doctor takes all appointments and cancel at the last moment. He fails to understand the work ethics. Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted to Wockhardt Hospital for a week in the month of March 2022.
The staff at the reception and ER billing are well informed and courteous. The procedure for admission is easy and well explained prior to admission.
I was admitted to the 13th floor under the care of Dr. Imran Shaikh. The staff, nurses and sisters are well trained. The care and attention given to me while I was in ICU was good and effective. I had a lot of concerns regarding various issues which were taken care of by professional Pain Management staff, Physiotherapists, Specialist dedicated Nurses and professional Doctors. Polite and well trained to handle situations.
The rooms are clean and well maintained, no odour in the rooms. Sheets were changed every day and room was cleaned several times a day. Hygiene is maintained at top levels. All staff would always use sanitizers before attending to the patient.
I did have some concerns regarding the issue of staff and nurses attending to me at times which was quickly taken care of very professionally.
I would like to Thank Dr. Imran Shaikh, Dr. Wasim, Dr. Aiman, Sister Prajakta, Sister Vani, Sister Febby, Sister Sonali, Physio Mayola Ma’am, Dietician Dr. Saana and also Ms. Leena Varghese who handle some issues immediately and very professionalIy. Even the sisters in the pre operation room are very gentle, polite and help tremendously to calm your nerves.
I may have forgotten a few names but I would like to Thank everyone who had made the week at Wockhardt a peaceful one and helped me on my road to recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use Non-medical items too much, you can't claim through insurance company...it runs upto 35% of total billing.
They have hired trainee doctors and Fresher MBBS, don't expect quality treatment. Nurses are too no different.
They charge ₹500 per day on the name of 'infection prevention charges' but nobody able to give satisfactory answer what is this charge. They've only one answer 'since patient or relatives have signed admission form, hence patient is entitled to pay'. Irony is you can't claim it through insurance company.
There are several other charges which you can't claim.
They bill ₹250 for 100ml sanitizer.
