★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HII i bought two maybelline gloses from them ..I foujd it glossy as i need the matte one...So nxt day i went there and very politely ask them to please exchange it..BUT the girl on maybelline counter was such rude and nonsense girl...She said we can't change...when i talk to one of their senoirs That nonsense girl was shouted behind and say "eh used aa glosses" Same with garments counter girl didn't want to buy things.. i think they are just doing timepass there ..I am your very much regular customer..but today i disappoint alot..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to visit the store, I had awful experience. The store was crowded and no assistance was given to us as we wanted to buy jewelry. It seemed a total waste of time as no assistance was given to us at checkout either. We decided to just leave the store. But the awful experience was not finished yet as a lady at the door demanded to search our purses. As a NRI, this was insulting. Will never see the face of the store ever again.
