★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst furniture maker i have ever seen in my life.. i really like wooden furnitures so ordered 1sofa, 1 dining table & 1almirah.. everything drawing was drawn in front of me.. & the order taker was Arif.. he drew the pen sketch & took mesurement which surprisingly he lost.. sofa & table they delivered after 1.5 months later.. sofa had 2wooden handles, every edges were uneven that's why polish was not gripping.. dining table frame is wooden, same thing happened.. today I'm seeing 2-3 cracks in chairs.. quality wise very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met with Arif who was very accommodating initially and said he will send someone to our house to make sure the measurements for the furniture is taken dually. We paid an advance and he never picked up our phone calls and was extremely rude when he eventually picked up. He refused to return our money till we had to call someone from the police cell. This is one of the biggest crooks in kharadi and my advice would be to never purchase anything from them.

struggling to get money back rom him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to request people not to go to this shop.we ordered a bed from this shop the delivery time was exceeded continuously plus the person arif he only begged us to take the bed and after the billing was done he started showing the real colors. no manners on how to deal with customer, no work ethics plus poor furniture. I hope no more people will get fooled like us by wood concept. I would have given negative review if it would have been available here. they are looting the common people but forgetting that their shop is run by the common people only we shud boycott this shop and we shud nt opt for any furniture from this shop.

promised to get bed in 5 days got it after 40 days n with lot of frustration arif is salesman responsible for that.
They ask 100% money before sending goods bed was little damaged you can not say anything as money is already sent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a bed from here. The quality is so bad that I wouldn't pay 2000 rps for this if i knew earlier. I wasted 37k on this bed. The delivery was late and then the product delivered was completely different from what was ordered. They replaced the front part of the bed and made it look like what i had selected, but the bed on display and what was actually delivered to me is completely different, from quality to finishing. The layering ply is coming off and it hasn't been 5 days since i got this. All the reviews are absolutely correct. If i could i would have filed a fraud case on this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fail to understand why only bad reviews are posted. Possibly , happy customers have not written the reviews. I am one of the Happy customer and extremely pleased with the BED that I asked them to make as per my customization. They delivered within 2 weeks as promised and the quality of material is also as expected. I had no issues , the product came out as I had imagined. Specially the 7 feet tall headboard with cushioned pattern was made exactly as per my requirement. I am extremely happy with my order and delivery of BED.
I would urge all other happy customers to come and write as these reviews will impact a business of good furniture provider for reasonable price. Srinivas handled all the communication with me until last delivery and there was no issue at all. He even sent me pictures of in-progress to make sure the BED is getting made as per my instructions.
I will post the pictures of my BED as soon as my bedroom decor is completed ..Stay tuned!!!
