Worst customer experience.. I placed the order and payed on Thursday and I am still waiting for its delivery.. they are not even ready to do a lil bit of adjustment.. we needed rubber base for furniture and they refused for requests like these upfront. I do not know why they didn't tell us about the delivery delay on 1st day.. we had things lined up dependent on its delivery.. worst experience ever. Go there if you have a lot of patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought Murfy bed from them. It was bit old but well build. There were some issue like hydraulics were not working. Salesmen promised us to fix it and deliver.
On the day of their deliver, chandni chowk branch sales man said they will fix at my place which i agreed and paid 20000rs . They delivered and couldn't fix it as new hydraulic they brought were not powerful enough
New hydraulic came after 2 weeks of delivery. I have done other interiors during that time. After 2 weeks they figured it cannot be fixed at my home and they have to take it back to warehouse.
Sales man told they will take it in morning and deliver it in the evening, so i agreed.
Next day morning pickup happened at 12:30 and salesman told it will not complete in one day and it will take sometime and could not confirm it.
Woodcraft is a well known brand of Ratlam, incident like this really take a hit on their reputation and customer satisfaction.
