★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional company delivering order at midnight and expecting the customer to get it installed there and then. When asked the carpenter to come in the morning for installation. He agrees to come, however he doesn't come to install and switches off his phone. There is no one at customer service at all. No return replies from the customer service WhatsApp also. Never buy from Wooden Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dar dar bhatak ke finally my search ended at Wooden street. Both, customisation and design, makes it very easy to finalise furniture. Positive and persistent attitude of staff, Ms Heena and Mr Lakshman, is a cherry on the top. Must visit store before finalising any furniture.

This review is just to WARN everyone about this company. You won't find any bad reviews easily but if you look at different websites, they have nothing but bad reviews. I did not check before buying and so I am paying for my mistake.
At the time of purchase they make big promises, but as soon as you have paid the money, all the promises are forgotten. The delivery related issues will not be solved etc. Still even after late delivery we were happy about the product but within next few months our Sheesham center table and side table started cracking in the middle.
When ticket was raised on the app they first denied to do anything but when my daughter posted a review on Google they again made a fake promise on Google to send a carpenter to fix it.
That never happened.
I am posting this just to make others aware about how Wooden Srreet as a company is completely waste of your money. Please save yourself and don't buy anything from them.
