★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two jute sitting cushions from this most unprofessional store. The cushions turned out to be a nightmare. Absolutely Pathetic. Within 3 months the stiches came off, jute started crumbling leaving n Falling as dust.The inner lining gave way and the thermocol balls are all over. Any calls to them seeking help only further increase the harassment. Evidently they use low quality material and no quality control. Waste of money. Disappointed with Wooden Street thoroughly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the store to see the furniture quality. I like the store and furniture collections they have kept for demo purpose. The product look premium. You use the furniture and feel the comfort level as per your need. Sale person will give you detail explanation about furniture and they help you with different options. When i visited the store my representative is Pooja, she had explain every thing to me and help to choose one furniture. I am ordering the furniture from wooden street will also add the review for the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a small issue with the bunk bed i purchased, the support person gave me a quick solution and planned for a carpenter visit. he was very humble and prompt to help me.. their service quality speaks volumes about their reliability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy from Woodenstreet. Items are expensive and the they delivered the damaged item. No quality check done before delivery and almost a month following up with support but no response from them, they keep replying that it will be fixe din 2-3 days and its more than 3 weeks and not fixed. Invested money for a month and not able to use it. Customer support is worst, requested call back multiple times, but never received call back until I escalated it with store. The broken Item they send after 3 weeks which was again wrong they do not even care to check whether correct part is being sent. Go for better product and service with other online sites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reason to write google review is because there is no action on the response from Help Desk team of Woodenstreet.
I had placed order on Jun. 5, 2021, it got delivered on Aug. 3, 2021 (Usually they say that within 4-6 weeks for delivery). On same day, defective drawer was detected and ticket logged.
Carpenter visited for checking defect, messed up the colour and left without letting know any further action (ticket got resolved with no resolution).
Upon followup after 2 weeks, new ticket was raised to replace the drawer and assurance was given that by 2nd week of Sep. 21, it will be delivered.
And today is end of 2nd week and still no progress.
This is so unfortunate that I had to go public for such small issue. This is unprofessional behaviour from everyone working at Woodenstreet support team.
