★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously recommend donot buy anything from Woodenstreet if you need good support and aftersales service.
We have purchased a dressing unit in Feb 22 which got delivered in Mar 22 with patches on mirror and very same day we have raised complaints related to it but its April nothing has been done and we have a dressing unit with bad quality of mirror.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve one star. Before buying product from their store they won't explain you all the policies they don't have sample product to check. We bought a ergonomic chair from them and it's not even one day we raised complaint stating it's not comfortable also it's tilted to left side. And the representative from other said we can't do anything with it, it's vendor's product we can't exchange it or replace it or refund it. It's not even 24hrs I have used the product. The worst custome service I experienced.
IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT SOMETHING FROM THEM AND ITS FAULTY OR UNCOMFORTABLE FORGET THEY WILL DO ANYTHING YIU HAVE JUSTED WASTED YOUR MONEY.
I even said I am even ready to buy another product in exchange of this but again no Sir we can't do anything.
Think before buying product from them. They are selling products with similar range to Urban Ladder and pepper fry but service is worst than road side vendor.

Edit1: These guys provide false commitments on delivery dates, so make sure on that.so changing my ratings from 5 to 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Storefront staff paint an over optimistic picture of the company's ability to deliver on time. Plus, the front end staff doesn't talk to its backend staff. My furniture was delivered in pieces after 8 weeks (was told 5 weeks while purchasing), 10 weeks in, multiple calls to customer-care (really they don't) and numerous complaint tickets (over 15) later, installation is still pending. You are better off buying from anyone else or heck, build it yourself! It will be a lot less frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly at first I was little skeptical because of the negative reviews but the staff from Noida store were extremely helpful and reassuring. After I placed my order they were very prompt to reply to my queries related to delivery. Not only that, when the sofa arrived it was just awesome. I bought a Berlin 3 seater, my brother bought a bed and another couch and they all were delivered on time, in perfect condition and the quality is totally worth the price. Now I am ordering another couch from here and as usual the staff from Noida is prompt, efficient and quick. What more do you want?
