★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The options in the store were mostly sheesham furnitires. The staff explained that it is just to experience the make and some models. The staff were very helpful and sweet and we were able to select from models online and purchase it in the store.
Also, the ambiennce of the store is very nice. You ll fall in love with each and every furniture.

I have ordered for a diwan after confirming the shipping duration from the store and as well as you will find website says "ships in 3 days". However even after 10th day no progress took place and the only answer I got is it is under QC check. No information was displayed in tracking option. Customer support team is of no help if you don't listen to them they will disconnect the call. We just have to follow their rules after placing an order as customer we have no say.
Every day when we followed up with received very bad response from the customer support team. Lastly if you argue more they will cancel the order. If anyone wants to get the taste of worse/unaccountable & vague response can go ahead and try wooden street.
Also please read all 1 star review as they are all true. All 4 star review is because of 2% extra discount they offer in-store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very powerful advertising but when it comes to delivery they will bluff.While purchasing they will say 4-6 weeks but afterwards they will keep on telling 10-12 days but will never tell you date.There are many stores in Bangalore and perhaps this may be worst.This is a trap, After order keep calling and following and they will tell 10-12 days.All these positive comments are because of 2 percent extra discount at booking compared to online .But real pain start after order.After 7.5 weeks I am still waiting and again 2 - 3 weeks.
