β β β β β They are frauds. Shows different product on website and send a very different one. Look at the website image and real product they sent. Never buy from them.
The fight for my rights as consumer is going on. Do not buy and save some pain.

β β β β β Buy one coffee table with four tables and delivered it three days before. Found the product is excellent in respect of price and decency. One scratch Mark found onthe table due to couriers but when I draw the attention of the customer service team, they promptly solve the problem within 24hrs. Hence I definitely recommend that anyone can go with this site without any hesitation. Thank you.

β β β β β I had purchased a tissue holder cum kitchen Roll Holder from Wooden Twist. The item I received was as mentioned in the description by them. It has a perfect teak wood sag colour combination and definitely has a rustic antique look .
Very necessary for a kitchen since both the items the roll and the tissues are always found in one place and are very necessary items for a kitchen
Should be fixed slightly away from the cooking range or Sigdi so that Grease and oil don't splash when cooking.
If would be even better if the whole tissue box itself had to fit in the holder itself instead of keeping loose tissues in it.
This was just a thought.

β β β β β Very bad experience with Wooden twist, I have ordered a lounge of Rs.18,000/-. The delivery was done. The packing of the item was good, but when I opened the product it was of totally different material i.e it was written in description that the material used is Premium Velvet but the product delivered was not even Joot, and also it looks like used product, stitching is very poor, As I called them, mailed them the pictures and asked for replacement they denied and said that the details in description are typing error...?. When I asked them that buttons have come out they said you ca fix it yourself and the marks of pencil they said they will go as you use it..So for paying Rs.18,000/- and I should fix all things by myself.. They don't take any responsibility for such huge amount I have paid. For the price I have paid the product is not at all worth.

β β β β β We had bought a Entertainment Unit from Wooden Twist a month back through Simpl..... The tempting 3 months payment was really good.....
Checked the reviews of this company and always wondered if my order would be good or not..... And it was a half of a disappointment....
I received the product in 15 days..... Although I was told I'll receive it within 4-5 days..... First things first this new company can't keep up with customer promises.....
Regarding the product I'll share some images... Thanks to their delivery partner my whole one side of the unit has been ruined due to poor transportation.....
Although rest everything was good and satisfactory still I wouldn't recommend this company or their app at all....
Last but not the least is their incompetent app filled with bugs.... You couldn't even rely on it much...
