★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a jacket for my friend as a gift from this Woodland store on 12th jan 2015. The size that i bought was "Medium". When my friend tried it on the same day it was quite loose n asked to get it exchanged for "small". I went to the store the very next day i.e. 13th of Jan 2015 to exchange it.
At the counter when i asked for the exchange the person at the counter inspected my jacket and asked the floor boy to get the small size jacket in exchange, then suddenly the floor manager walked to the counter and started saying that we are not going to exchange it. He said you should have tried it before buying. He also said that the store does not have small size in stock which turned out to be false when i checked the jackets hanging there myself and brought to his notice.
Upon my repeated requests he said that the jacket has been used and therefore cannot be exchanged which was again not true.
I am a regular Woodland customer but this was a very unprofessional store that i experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unethical sales practice. Sold me a shoe which was slightly tight but salesperson told me that this will open up slightly. Next day went to the shop to exchange for one size bigger but was told it's out of stock. Quite an expensive mistake made. Will never ever step in this shop. Bunch of liars.

They have good collections of shoes, clothes and other outdoor items. They usually have good discounts and offers.its a good place for shopping Woodland brand. The quality is also very good.
