★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor after sales service. In 3 months the leather of new sofa is tearing and sofa is making sound while sitting on it. When tried to contact, my phone was blocked after first call. Even after calling from landline on numerous occasions, complaint still not attended for last one month. Bad after sales service. Regret of my decission to buy furniture from this shop.
The owner has not even attempted to call or post his feed back on my review. This shows how sincere he is. Whatever ratings he has got in 5 stars are all posted by his people and people genuinely putting remarks are not reverted back. I have even sent him my bill copy on his wahtsapp. My number is still blocked on his phone after receiving the bill copy.
