★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I was not able to travel due to Covid situation.. but it was just handled so smoothly.. no Hassel in getting the refund. And they were very considerate.. I will definitely choose workcation next time I travel.. Really sad that I had to cancel my trip this time.

Planned a 2 week long trip.
I was looking for a stay with great view and good internet connectivity as I was planning to work from there.
So when I started working from mountains this 2 weeks increased to month stay and trust me even after a month stay I was unwilling to leave that beautiful stay.
It was such a homely atmosphere over there.
Food was awesome. The best part is the internet connectivity. For people who are looking for a change and want to work from a location, this is your rescue. You should definitely try this once.
It was such a great change.
Workcation ensure every little comfort of their clients.
Will plan my next visit now in December

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience with Workcation.
Booked a property 'Workcation 1327' with them for 2 weeks but it was all done within a web of false promises. No power backup, no parking and no approach to the property even though they confirmed about these multiple times. Moreover, the property is under construction currently.
Due to some unforeseen emergency, i had to shorten my stay for 5 days only. I approached them for a settlement but seems like they have no sense of professionalism and righteousness. They had all the proofs and evidences of the payment made by me but they kept on supporting the unreasonable demands of the owner.
Their logic is that, since the price of the property have risen on the website so now i should make the settlement as per the current increased prices. 2300/night became 3600/night and i was being asked to pay more even though i was staying for a lesser duration.
They need to be more professional and should have more sense of being fair while handling such circumstances. Also, they need to be truthful to the customers while taking a booking.

Team is working hard on getting issues resolve in real time. kudos to the remote work concept prompted by workcations, all those who dream of living in mountains can take there work from home to mountains, beaches, hills and tea gardens ????
