★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Gym on the top floor Malviya Nagar Near Airtel store and moti sweets. The zumba class is excellent. Gym has some treadmills and other machines on one side of the hall and weights and machines on the other side. Helpful staff and great ambience. The zumba classes are held in the same hall in the space behind treadmills but is managed well. No lockers however and largish pigeon hole place is kept for keeping stuff. One common wash and change room where only one person can change/ shower at a time, which surprisingly is not always occupied. Guess people don't use it so much. They have a water fountain which is a novel thing for gyms. Good gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its over all good the trainer i meat is a nice and decent guy who doesn't show off like others do all though he is very short in height but comprise a good body definition which can help others to get motivated. Wish me luck guys so this time i can achieve my 6pack abs goal.
