Agent name is SHIVA he is a Ass Hole he don't know how to talk to customer he is an irritating idiot with attitude problem .. guys please don't prefer this courier as they are very expensive and customer service is super worst .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i don't prefer world first courier because i have faced a worst worst experience. they don't no how to talk with the customer, the person who deals with me (SHIVA) in gandhi nagar branch he is to too lazy and arrogant.his attitude is also worst I have a horrifying experience with this person. Very very poor customer care response.
