★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not at all recommend to purchase from this Chinchwad Branch. We had purchased Lenovo laptop within 6 months we had to send that laptop for repair . The technician told us that is Operating system issue , later in 10th month we had to again send it back for repair as drive wasn't working. Technician just gave feedback for Os and formatted again. Same day again after 3 hours laptop stopped working , we requested to send to Lenovo service station for replacement as it was in warranty after following up waiting 25 days , Their technician was not aware what is problem and only kept saying will get update. We tried our patience and called Lenovo service person who said there was problem going on with Warranty and it was communicated to World of Laptop. Now we have raised a request to Lenovo and still waiting for our lpatop ( took entire 1 month 8 days process). Technician is not at all expert also they have deleted my data without taking back up of D and E drive it has caused huge loss .. don't purchase from here .
