★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to edit my previous review. As time has changed so has the attitude and customer focus of this shop and its staff. I visited this shop twice this year within a span of two months for battery replacement of my two Titan watches. In both cases, they bluntly looked at the watch and demanded for 600 bucks for servicing without even trying to open it. In the first case, I paid the money but I'm pretty sure they didn't do anything except changing the battery itself, which should come within 100 buck only. In the second case, I decided not to be fooled anymore and walked out of the shop. With these kind of experience from such a reputed brand, I'm sure to look for other alternatives while buying my next watch!

They lack basic etiquettes like greetings or may be they do to the rich customers only.They wont even talk unless you buy an expensive watch.They are like "lena hai toh lo warna bhad mein jao" and the moustache cashier guy seemed he was in a rush.He was like hurrying things up. I generally dont post negative reviews but was surprised to see such service from that store.
