★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this pandemic situation , also they are providing such a good service as if we r leading a normal life . Coz they didn't let me understand that service cannot be given . My watch got destroyed because of me but still they provided me with a voucher such that I am never backed by time . This is the watch I bought and these are the features .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the place for a repair work of my Titan wrist watch and is Sonata digital wrist watch. And the first day the serviced both the watches. The Sonata watch had battery problem and they replaced it. Whereas the Titan watch had some other internal issues. They also serviced it and charged me ₹ 10 for the Titan watch. I insisted that do the Titan wrist watch repair carefully but they didn't care. And the problem returned within 2 hours from when the repair work is done.
And I had to go there for the second time. This time they told me that the circuit board the battery and some other parts need to be replaced and it will take around 2 weeks to get this job done. However I didn't keep my watch with them as I leave almost 30 km away from the service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite and professional Behaviour of the staffs has attracted me most to this store.It is situated right beside the Shyambazar metro corridor and can be seen while walking on the footpath.Store has a nice collection of high to low range of watches of Sonata,Titan and some other digital watch brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an ardent watch enthusiast, I often pay visits to premium watch showrooms. Titan, being a world-class deluxe watch manufacturer is always my preferred destination, when it comes to quality, durability and style. Previously I purchased a few timepieces from this particular showroom and my experience was satisfying. Apart from being an opulent showroom, they also have a seperate section that deals in watch servicing. Now, during a visit to this showroom for replacing my Fastrack watch's battery, I felt that they were overcharging me. My doubt got confirmed, when I checked the price of the same battery from another dealer of Titan. They were charging me ₹196, but with another dealer I got the same original battery for ₹70 only. However, I feel that if you are willing to visit a luxurious showroom for servicing your watch, then you should be prepared to pay a premium price. Overall, I would recommend this showroom for purchasing watches, accessories and perfumes, but I won't recommend it for watch servicing. ??

Absolutely disgusting, they are so reluctant in their behaviour. Don’t want to listen to what the customer wants, what sort of choice he has made for this in going purchase.
I feel the sales person should be able to hear for the customer wants, even if the customer can’t express the finer details of this upcoming buy. After handling their discorded behaviour for half an hour, and still managing to make a choice, I was quite happy. The sales person took all the details, and to my shock when I got the bill, I saw Mr has become Mrs.; the name has also been dissected; I was evidently not happy. So they started piling up their mistake on me, by saying that the same can be changed by calling their customer care number, and when I said it was their mistake, they’re to solve it, they said they can’t and after a small argument, they started working on it to resolve. I was happy that I wouldn’t have to take the hassle on me anymore to correct my name.
Upon receiving the second invoice I saw mr became ms (from mrs in the first invoice) and the name was further dissected. They have their attention span of a peanut, did the same mistake twice, maybe the last time they did it willingly. But making customers unhappy and not serving them they are supposed to, is not done!
