β β β β β This is the best place to learn and exercise yoga. Ms. Minakshi is a professional and motivates you at every point to have a perfect yoga posture. After joining these classes, my body feels light and aligned and my mind remains calm. This yoga centre helped me in losing weight and to keep calm. Trainers are very well experienced and they keep an eye on ur every posture. As a whole, I would recommend everyone out there to join this yoga centre if you are looking for a complete transformation package, be it physically or mentally ?

β β β β β I know Meenakshi since my school days we were in same class, after so many years I approached her for pregnancy yoga classes as I know she is the best to assist me with the same. She thoroughly discussed about my health and other details and connected me with Sakshi for Yoga Classes. Sakshi is very well trained Yoga professional who helped me during my journey. Many difference I noticed in my body as compared to my last experience as this was my second pregnancy. Sakshi motivate me constantly and always giving very positive vibes which makes the session happy go lucky..... She is very punctual and particular how I am doing every asana.... U can't cheat or miss doing any asana in her session...... Meenakshi & Sakshi, I completely trust their knowledge and always helpful nature and I am also getting after delivery consulting or support from both.... Supper Happy to be connected with them and looking forward for more yoga journey together soon
