★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it was developed, it was marketed that it will host good offices, restaurants and shops for industrial area and near by peoples. Now it seems that all has been vanished, it has only one restaurant that is Dominoes in this large area and rest of the building is very dusty and is likely to ruins. Didn't know why it so.
