★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Internet provider. The only time they’re available is when they are providing connection. Fir na Internet ata hai na koi aur. The owner Himanshu is the biggest fraud of all the history of India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service . . they asked me to take 6 month service and just after a month the internet stopped working. The speed went down. When I continuously asked them to do the maintenance and fix the problem, they stopped picking up my call. Gaurav is the guy who works their and put my call on reject when I call him. After I asked for refund as they promised, they stopped picking up my call and later put it on reject. They have stolen my money . . . keep your money safe. Better go for Tikona as it has good service in Varanasi. Anyways I will personally file case against world vision soon. Pls find attached screenshot of World vision's speed that hey provided me in case you doubt my honest review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of this ISP is worst I recommend not to go for their service . The guy name Gaurav never picks call whenever I had problem with the internet he only picksup up call when he needs to get payment for further services they don't give services but they charge higher then any other service provider so I recommend go for other ISP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst wifi in Varanasi ...you will only get 10days internet in a month and else you will busy only in reaching the service that they will pick your call and solve the issue and they will do either they will not attend the call or switch off it and if by chance they will receive then then they will say we are providing soon and soon will be 3days ..I'll recommend you not to purchase wifi from here

I don't want to write anything against you guys.. We have been using this service from more than 1 . Within 1 year we have faced lots of challenges since the services are not working for number of time still we understand that this could happen
But from last days ( 27/04/2022 till now)
The services are not been restored and no one is picking up the phone.
I am really frustrated the way you guys are handling the services.. Please be professional and let us know if this is never going to work
Return my money back..
