★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here post covid19 pandemic changed the way we dine...
Being a part of the food court of the mall food court was spic and span...
Coming to Wow Momo...well they don't give the trays in your hand...instead they serve it on the table...also they would take back the tray once the food is served...
Regarding the food...we tried the Bounce Back Offer...
Food quality was good...and the employees were polite as well...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the food court of Acropolis Mall. We ordered Chicken Sizzler Momo with Noodles which had six pieces of chicken steamed momo with generous amount of filling in it and served with schezwan gravy. The noodles were well cooked. It comes with great dips and chutney also. Also we ordered Chicken Steamed momo, which is also a good try. And we orderd Moburg is a special & unique dish of Wow! Momo basically Fried Chicken Momos kept between two buns as a burger.
Moreover it's a pretty good option to have a pocketfriendly snack.
The staffs were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in the food court of Acropolis Mall at Kasba, this outlet of Wow!Momo is one of the biggest in Kolkata and caters to the huge footfall in the Acropolis food court. As such, one would expect them to stock and serve fresh momos to customers.
Unfortunately for us, we ordered
* Chicken Darjeeling Momos steamed
* Chicken Darjeeling Momos Pan Fried (Buy 1 Get 1) - There was a bit of push selling but that did not register in my mind then.
The steamed momos were okay, nothing to write home about but not bad. The sauce accompanying is spicy enough to drown out any taste related complaints with the momos.
The Pan fried momos were a different deal altogether. On the first bite, we registered an off smell from the momos, it was only on the second bite that we registered that the momo filling was completely rotten and slimy in the mouth. They changed the dish on complaining but the lack of surprise on their face showed that it is a regular incident and not an isolated case.
The changed dish was more of the same, filling turned to slime that was emitting a foul smell. We could not and did not have a single piece from the same.
So, it just goes to show that they have left quality and ethics by the way side in the quest for rampant expansion and profitability. Their newspaper ads, Buy 1 Get 1 offers, all items at 99 offers are just ways to get the rotten momos out of their kitchen and into consumer's mouth at the cost of their health. FSSAI needs to know this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place you must try if are looking for some light evening snacks. Specially I wold suggest everyone to try thei Chicken Cheese Sizzler Momo and if you are luck u might get a soft dring like Virgin Mohito in a offer.Do check out this store when you visit Acropolis Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the combo for ₹249/- with had Sizzler+Momos+Drink. Charged ₹20 extra for pan fried momos, and with tax total came to about ₹290.
The sizzler experience consists of thick smoke blowing into your face and smothering you while you try to make your way back to your table carrying the tray. We must have coughed for a good minute.
It had noodles enough for two, six momos and a drink not worth mentioning. There was also a spicy chutney-ish sauce. We opted for Chicken Cheese Momos at no extra cost, which had more cheese than chicken. Nevertheless, the food was delicious, and it was a wholesome experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely slow and ignorant behaviour from the person called samapti. Busy over phone while taking order and then again asked to repeat my order. No enthusiasm for work. Laid back and no zeal. Will not order ever while visiting acropolis mall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Luckily I had been in Hyderabad when the rotten meat scandal happened throughout kolkata. Thought this will not happen again, so started ordering non-veg online through Zomato swiggy. But I'm not lucky enough this time, had a bite on rotten meat and all credit goes to wow chiken
