★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for meeting at Chaddha paper having corporate office. Very closed to Metro station . One thing I observed is that mobile stops working in passenger lift. Nice and clean office..at prime location. Some time the ground floor is used for event, at that time the car movements is more but nicely managed by security staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally waste area. They all are frawd and earning money too much. Parking price monthly is 5000 ruppess. And maintenance lakhs of ruppess. And after taking money what they gives you one good strock in your bumps. It's waste building waste staff watde services even though her owner are not atticates how to speak with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very well maintained building. The lifts generally aren't functional and when functional they aren't safe as several free fall cases have happened. The construction work is never ending which makes it even further unsafe for the people in the premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice commercial complex by wave. However some parts of the building still need builder's attention. Calling it a 5 star property requires real work in the interiors as well as on exteriors. Visible shortfalls are there when one looks at it from outside. Location is surely a ⁵ star one.

Good companies office is there.
The not so happy thing is the lift as the employee's strength is more than the lift capacity to accommodate in one go.
Average lift waiting time in peak hours is 8-10 minutes
