Quality of service is very poor. Communication is very poor. They don't know how to write emails. Never respond back after getting the payment. All are employees so they don't take tension. No senior person call me to listen what problem I'm facing with the junior staff. Mr. Ajit Singh and his team is highly unprofessional. Miss Komal wasted my 15 days and didn't replied to my emails. Mr. Shubham didn't provided me the documents formats and said you can google or avail third party services to prepare your documents. Whatever services they committed before getting the payment is not provided to me. Even the staff who process the files don't have proper skills and knowledge of VISA processing. Don't go with them. I wasted Rs. 30000 and at the end I processed my Canada Visitor Visa on my own. Totally wastage of money. You can go with Y-Axis instead or other immigration consultant.
