Before time delivery, well packed and transparency in their services
eg. while shipping, they sent me the pictures of package and serial number of product itself. I have not seen this in any of the other popular ecommerce websites.

I should first say 'Thank You' to Mr. Kamal for suggesting the right product with great deal, as we don't have any knowledge about these products but we want it to be installed in our new home. We are so satisfied with the purchase and installation and the way the request is being handled right from the beginning. Mr Kamal is a very supportive/responsive and customer oriented person to understand customer needs to support at his best.
I strongly recommend Lakshmi Stainless Steel Works to purchase any of products they are producing.
We just installed in our new home and the Hob and Chimney works great so far. I should post another update about the performance of the product after a month of usage.

They kept us informed about the delivery on a regular basis and the product was delivered on time. The quality of the product was also top notch. I would not hesitate to order again from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy anything at this shop. You will end up paying high cost compared to other shops. This guy charge more than others. Also old utensils rate is low here. Probably you will not realize at the time of buying. There is person called Kamal Jain who will try to show how big his shop is. Also he will not clearly tell about price of items at beginning. He will just say "I will give you best rate". He charged me almost 4 to 5 thousand rupees more than other shop. I bought Rs 25000+ utensils from this store assuming that he is wholesaler but he is not! He also has apanidukan online store. I strongly don't recommend this store. Please buy from shop near to your house. They will charge you at reasonable price. I was shocked when I saw prestige cooker exactly same model that I bought from here was being sold 800 ruppes lesser price near my house. There are more such items. Please don't waste your hard earned money here.
