The Name Bears word "House" and the Team has not left any stone unturned to make you feel at "Home".
Amenities can be bought and created, but Empathy is to be cultivated. Hats off to the Team, You guys have done an amazing job in nurturing the culture in the team.
Starting from the Gate Keeper to the Sweeper, Doctors or Matrons... One can feel the Gesture. In the moment of Despair that is what is most needed.
High Points,
1) Paper Cups for drinking water.
2) Urinals at all floors.
3) Courteous Staff.
4) Most thoughtful Quotes and Photos - I loved the most on 3rd Floor, "While you are here to check your head, why to loose it". I so badly wanted to click the photo.
5) Information about all tests and the name of scientists who invented it.
2 suggestions if can be considered:
1) Please accept card payments, it may cost you a little but convenient enough for someone who is not using any other digital payment mode.
2) 24*7 available that's great, but after 7-7:30 p.m, the person will be charged for emergency rates. Can we have 2 categories in it.
A) Actual emergency - Where you push the queue and make space for someone else. No issues if you charge extra.
B) People who seek convenience - For e.g me being a working professional, purposefully want to come for test late evening, so that I don't need to take leave. It will help if I can be charged normally if I have prior appointment.
Helps me in Saving cost and Helps you in managing rush.
Rest you guys are amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is polite and well behaved. The place is a bit congested. It would be a good idea to establish at an open and spacious place,even if it is a bit far. Generally this days people prefer a place where there is enough parking.
The experience was very good. Professionally managed diagnostic centre.
