I have worked with these people for 2 months. Due to my health issue i had take a leave but in that period these people behaved so badly....Do not join this office for work. These people are not professional at all. They keep on pressurizing and insulting the staff. Also design ideas are totally copied from internet. I had worked in 4 offices but this was my worst experience. ( I had inform these people about my health issue.Mrs. Jaju was continuously pressurizing me to join the office since she was known with the fact that i was not able to sit,i used to call her after every 2 days as I was not recovering and she used to force me to come and sit in the office. and also they did not paid me last month salary. read what they had replied to me that "in 2.5 year i had changes 5 offices and this tells about me" really ? see this is how they treat their staff. I had 2.5 year of experience when i was in your office now i am 5 + year experience. and in 5 year i had worked in 4 offices. Fake people.)

We love the house. The layout is perfect. I’m surprised by what we gained with a house that’s only 1,000sq. ft. We absolutely love the home that Xclusive Interior designed for us and couldn’t have picked a more qualified and thoughtful architect to make our vision become a reality. Mr Jaju is very knowledgeable and extremely prompt in resolving queries. Very nice experience.

We are very happy with the work done by Xclusive Interior. The results came out even better than what we had envisioned. We wanted interior designing for our new flat. Xclusive Interior gave us excellent design with attention to all small details. The team was open to our ideas and gave us great design options along the way. They are very creative in problem-solving too. We are fully satisfied with the service. WORST Interior designing experience!!! I got my house interiors done from Xclusive interiors Pvt Ltd,Pune in 2021. I choose them, just by scrolling through some online reviews and ignored the many bad reviews assuming every things has a good and bad side. Off my experience, undoubtedly they are the WORST interior designers and I definitely regret hiring them for my project. Their designers and site supervisors are mostly interns/ freshers with zero experience. The designing is so pathetic that not a single piece of work was without flaw just to share few: a.The wardrobe shelf was 5 inch width, not sure what could fit into it. When pointed out, instead of correcting it, they argued saying we had shared the drawings with you. After lot of follow up it was corrected. B. Mandir was 9 inch shorter in width than the allocated space, again when highlighted, we were told, extension of space will be charged. while the mistake was at their part while taking the measurement and making the drawing. C. The Sofa was repaired 5 times in a matter of 45 odd days..thats the quality We are talking about. All what I have shared is just the tip of iceberg....we experienced endless situations of miss management, lack of professionalism and low quality products delivered by Nidhi and Abhijeet Jaju. I am also sharing some pictures for balcony chair which was provided charging 11k + GST , I don't think anyone would even want to sit on such pathetic looking and not so sturdy , not so comfortable chair. Swing requirement was two seater, they made just a metal skeleton( without even providing base for the swing to sit and no cushions) and delivered as a end product. The swing was covering half of my balcony space- again as I mentioned they have no idea of the space allocation being an interior designer. Same was the drill for Bar unit. ( They are a Bunch of Headless Chickens) Right from designing, budgeting and execution, everything is full of flaws ,highly disorganised and unreliable. They commit something convincing that they can deliver and then either deliver a compromised product (calling it customised) or back out/ cancel after making the client wait for months. Even for door hinges, We had agreed on soft close, which was again compromised, saving 100 bucks for them....Real cheapster. They give a preliminary budget which looks very affordable, but after designing, it shoots to xx times. ( You can't quote 15 lacs and suddenly says it's now 30L and nothing can be done.. absolutely illogical) Also, very strange the Jaju's never visited the site even once in 5 months. I had to redo 40- 50% of furniture. We could not cancel the whole deal as 2 lacs we had paid just to start the process and was non refundable and we already had wasted good months with them going back& forth on almost everything and had an urgency to shift to the new house. We cancelled few spaces due to their the xx times budget shared. This is a very short review of the horrible experience we had with Xclusive Interiors Pvt Ltd. Lesson learnt. BEWARE & NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Feels good to say we had a great experience for our house interior designing project. Right from the first interaction where they explained the complete process, what to expect, how to budget, designing, etc until the last bit, we found the team very efficient, attention to details, supportive and ready to give it a try attitude. No doubt, the house is become fantastic and the overall experience very satisfactory which is very rare in this business. We are very happy :)

When we started to search for the interior designing firms, we were not sure what to look for and where to start. We visited many interior designers and understood lot of good things from many interior designers. The biggest challenge is its very difficult to judge who is the best interior designer for our requirements. However, when you meet many designers and personally speak to them, you actually understand who meets your expectations, who is best for your style, who can do justice to your budget, who has capability to handle big size projects, etc. After meeting many we decided to go ahead with Xclusive Interiors. We gave them our big house project and we are overall very happy with the designs and execution. There were few decisions we couldnt agree to but the end result is fantastic. Our step by step feedback is as below! PROS: 1. They are transparent and honest 2. They have systems and processes (including ERP) in place to handle multiple projects 3. They have big size team to ensure smooth planning and execution 4. Nidhi Jaju has - passion, zeal and enthusiasm to create unprecedented designs 5. Always ready for any new designs or challenges 6. Very good customer service attitude CONS: 1. Their quality and designs ("customised items" they call it, exactly as per design) might not suit very low budget clients 2. Time taken to complete project might get extended by few weeks due to the different materials, custom made unique items. Overall feedback is - We are very happy and satisfied with the designs, quality, execution, process and post handover support. Everything was made very simple and had peace of mind throughout the project (except for few arguments we had in between). End result is fantastic. All the best team!

I selected Xclusive for my newly purchased flat in plush society in Hyderabad. I am NRI staying in the US and I contacted them through google. I was little worried about the whole designing and execution part when I started the Interior Designer shortlisting process because I was staying in the US and wanted someone professional enough to handle the entire project. However, when I contacted Xclusive, things seemed to be smooth, they are very professional, process oriented and technologically sound. No doubt, designs are great and execution is even better than the design. I was surprised when I came to India (I never got a chance to visit the work in progress site) and the actual home looked exactly as per the 3D designs they had created after having lot of online meetings with us. Quality is good, Designs are great and overall experience is just awesome. We had no issues or challenges throughout. Their dedication, sincerity and great team is commendable. I have already decided, I will handover my next villa project to them. Thank you and All the best.
