★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given zero stars. They took my sample on 3rd July at airport today its 9th July still I didn't get my test results. I doubt they are just throwing away our sample without carrying out the test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lab is just making money using this situation. Waste of spending money at this worst lab facilities and services like this.. JUST MAKING MONEY USING THIS SITUATION MOST OF THE PLACES IN INDIA. Don’t give any samples here and pay the amount as not required to do at airports and u can do it near your hometown or location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one can be so irresponsible like this Diagnostics. I have been tested on 26th June and i am posting this on 6th July and its almost 10 days and there is no result. They came with so much professionalism and make you fool. I have been emailing them and trying to connect with but no way you can actually reach them. I just heard one person died waiting for Covid result because one of the lab delayed for result and hospital did not treat him as Covid patient. I request you to please not take excessive testing just to make money or whatever you are doing. Everyone's life is in danger and try to save as many as you can but don't be a reason for anyone's death.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lab. They collected samples when I was quarantine in hotel. My home quarantine period also over but still i didn't get results. One star also waste for this lab. Anyone complain against this lab. What is the use if they give reports after quarantine period over. Let's think and avoid this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They mention the report will be shared in 48 hours but that does not materialize. Another friend of mine came in June, and has not got her report still. For me its been 4 days already. If the service would have been free I would have understood. But, paying ₹650 for nothing makes no sense.
When you call them there is no proper response as well☹️
