★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Feb 2020 we planned a trip to Gujrat and hence set inquiry with this company. In response I received a call from Mr. Arif, he was very polite and answered all my queries. Unfortunately the trip was cancelled because of CORONA.
In November instant the same trip was again planned, hence Mr. Arif was again contacted, he was same, very polite and sent me a well programmed tour of Gujrat, 7 nights 8 days from 24th of November to 1st of December.
The experience was excellent and very satisfying. The hotels, the car the driver were really good.
We hope the company shall provide us the same in our proposed tour of Kerala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Xenium Holidays in my recent Rajasthan trip(from 5th March 2022 to 16th March 2022) was average. The accommodations arranged by them specially where we stayed for one night e.g Mt Abu(Hotel Ashoke),Sam sand dune(Sultan Resort) and Ranthambore (Ankur resort) far below average.The total facilities available including room condition,washroom condition and other basic amenities were either missing or far below average. I'm not describing in details as it will be too lengthy. I must request Xenium authorities not to suggest such hotels where guests expect minimum comfort for 1/2 nights stay.Remaining stays at different hotels at Udaipur,Jaisalmer,Jodhpur and Jaipur were satisfactory even though there are further scope of improvements in these hotels too.One thing I noticed during this trip that these hotels don't take care about maintenance of different fittings like shower and wash basin tap,faucets,mirrors etc in washrooms. I request Xenium authorities to ask their representatives at various destinations to see these accommodations physically before suggesting them to guests.Lastly Mr Dharmesh and his Toyota Etios provided excellent service throughout our trip.I thank Mr Dharmesh for his 5 star service.
Finally thanks Xenium for arranging such a long trip and hope to get much more improved service in our future interactions.
