★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor in punctuality and infrastructure having multiple brands service we cannot expect express service for any brand if MI have separate wing and technicians it would have been a good place to leave your mobile for service if they make quick around timings and punctual service I would give another star

Now today i went again for mobile repair. They don't have time to listen What the problem is.
Worst service center.
Mi company also losing trust

I am from kodad as khammam is the nearest city I want go to khammam to replace redmi 5a battery so as a precaution I searched it in the Google and found that have to Book a appointment as it was Covid19 so I booked an appointment then a message came with the service center number so to check I called then they said that the stock is not there so you have to put the phone for 6 days so I don't want to put my phone 6 days as I don't have another phone
So I wanted to wait and I again called after 6 days they said the same .Then I requested In mi query and got a call back from service center and they said stock is there then I went and changed.
If you have any problems regarding mi service center then write in mi query which will be in mi store website it will help you
