★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given a minus rating if there was an option. Don't fall for these corrupt Job Consultancies. Directly reach the office of company where you will work (My case - Gurugram) instead of these intermediaries.
I lost a chance to give interview for Sales consultant (POLICY BAZAR). The 'so called' HR MAYANK forced me to fill the form ONLINE on SMARTPHONE (I wasn't carrying), without which I wasn't allowed to give interview. The behavior was that of Mr. Mukesh Ambani. There was no mention about filling up a form in Job Notification.
He shared me a link of 'Google form' on text message on my JIO PHONE and told me - "It is your responsibility to arrange from where you will fill up the form".
I asked for a mobile phone or a PC for the help. But nobody helped. The interview rooms are just next to Call Centre inside, whose employees told me about the process when enquired. There isn't any proper management or organization. Staff is half-informed and non-cooperative. As it was the last day and only 30 minutes before deadline, I lost my chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empty-head PPL got hired as recruiter and managers in this consultancy....give some training on parameters of hiring to ur recruiters and mngrs as well.. Before calling candidates they should learn basic ethics of calling and give them English speaking course for free to improvise their skills... Pathetic ppl
