★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Xpan solutions a year and a quarter back.From day one, there were issues.Since then we have been battling issues with their automation up until today.Their so called technician comes, does some work, makes it workable and the third day it again gets conked, not forgetting the fact that we had shortlisted the best of automation equipment companies recommended by them,for the same, the expenses for which, were huge, all paid and done with.Together with the complaint, we have to face the inconvenience of a new person coming into the house and staying afloat for minimum of 4-5 hrs for repair works, which is very difficult to plan, we being working professionals.We are seriously fed up and repenting the fact that we hired this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually i have exactly opposite experience than you.We hired Xpan for automation and AV solutions requirement at our new house around 2 years back .. We are very satisfied with the way the solution was designed & implemented by them in terms of performance, aesthetics and professionalism.. even post installation whenever we had any minor issue it was addressed immediately...Their Engineers are so polite and supportive, they support in odd time also.
I suggest to call owner and resolved it as sometime we don't understand new technology and pushing wrong buttons.
