★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service and experience.
I had paid the token amount on the assurance by the owner that at any time I could opt out of the purchase and the amount would be refunded in full. As a first time buyer I was not appreciative of the attitude shown by the owner, he had told us that the token money would be refunded, but after giving the token money he changed his statement saying it was non-refundable as he had blocked the car. All of this was not told to me earlier and has refrained me from purchasing the car. This is a terrible company run by a cheat who if you give your money to will never return it no matter what he says at first.

I went to look for my first car here, at the time of booking, he clearly specified that he would refund the money in case of any issues as he figured I didn't know much & needed some assurance. As soon as the token amount was transferred, he shares a few months old inspection report which could have been shared before the token was paid. There were a few red flags so I asked for a second inspection from Maruti. There were some minor issues after Maruti's inspection however negligible, these were still issues. I was not comfortable going ahead with the car as these guys seemed dodgy. 2 people gave me 2 very different stories as to why the car was being sold, this really didn't add up, hence I decided to opt out. When I asked for my token amount back he outright refused to return my money (3-4 days after I had paid the token amount not 10), stating some made up rule that token amount's aren't refundable here. He also said once the car was sold , he then would return my token amount & obviously that wasn't done either. None the less, 2nd hand car dealers are 2nd hand car dealers for good reason, buy a first hand these guy's aren't worth it.

All cars were certified and got 1yr warranty thanks neeraj bhai waiting for next one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cars wide range and the best part is neeraj bhai the owner has a car workshop as well so any small or big work he is always helpful ... Very rare for a car dealer to have a running workshop & car spa centre.
So as I buyer I had one point contact for purchase & service

I had few issues in loan but Neeraj bhai (owner) got it approved from private finance special thanks to him..
Car also got transferred with in 15 days of delivery.
I will definitely recommend they have excellent team
