They deliver me a item which I never ordered and that was on cash on delivery contain a very poor quality saree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company Xpressbees is the worst Delivery company. The delivery person forced me to give the feedback in front of him and refused to give the parcel if I don’t give the feedback.
Is this the way you treat customer while delivering the parcel. It’s a customer choice to give feedback or not.
You don’t have the rights to forcefully ask customer to give feedback else they won’t give your parcel.
Are you kidding?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your delivery boy automatically canceled my order sir. And as soon as I got the message, your order got canceled due to non-completion of your address. While my address was complete. That delivery boy was calling me 5 km away from my address intentionally when I said brother, it is far away. And now it is night too, you either give me the address I have given on order or else I will pick it up from your office tomorrow morning. Then after a while I got an order cancellation message. Why so sir?
