★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service I have ever seen in my life. Even They are not giving answer to my calls. I'm waiting for my parcel from last 3 days. And day by day, they're delaying my medicine's parcel, which is very important for me. They don't care about customer's need. ????
I don't think, they deserve even this one star??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero star but not an option. Their customer care number not reachable seems to have issue even after giving AWB number says please input AWB number. A courier from bharuch to Vadodara take 8 days to deliver. Contacted their local they says due to COVID-19 situation we’re stuck. But for other courier services all over india working fine. Staff lack professionalism, manners, mostly management issue.
Timeline of my courier Booked at bharuch office next left to surat (Surat is their HUB) than stays in surat office for 7 days, when we do inquire they say staff less. So it will take time, finally on 8 day left surat HUB to vadodara.
So please think before using this service.
Better option are available like Maruti courier, DTDC, Trackon. Courier price are same. Name says Xspressbee but their service is slowestbee.

They already took more than 20 days. and after enquiring on web it shows my item is lost. and when i am contacting to customer care not answering. no reply to emails. worst worst worst service.
