★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst till date. I've never came accross such irresponsible people for delivery. Firstly my order took so late to finally reach destined location city. And then after reaching to Mandla on 28th of July still there isn't any proper action from these people. Thrice it happened with me I got text message my parcel is out for delivery in morning & by night I receive message stating "Customer refused to accept the order" I mean seriously? What's wrong with the people working there? Isn't there anyone ahon can just like seriously look into this. So irresponsibile. If I could have given -ve rating.

Such is the response from the employees.
From 17th I am waiting for the parcel and they are not making any call and say put fake message, that I requested future delivery.
2-3 times I visited their office and asked for the parcel every time they say come after 30 mins come after 30 mins. Highly un professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery is ok.. but when it comes to pickup... they will keep uploading false information on website that address has changed for many days.... and when you contact them they don't pick up the phone...and give some excuse that it's not showing in system. Very poor service. Avoid.
