★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suppose to get one parcel on Alangiri bus stand, they told me and ask me the address then they instead of giving me the parcel they have returned it. Worst service , address is written correctly but they didn't even recognise the address. Very poor service. Worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soumyajit Mishra, From which website did you buy the product? Knowing how to run the internet does not mean big things, you have to know how to run it properly. It is important to verify before buying any product, as most of the frauds are happening through the internet at present. How did a delivery boy take your product? If the product comes to you in bad condition then why did you take it? The product could be returned, which people like you do wrong, and blame the company. Hope you are a civilized person, otherwise don't get confused with wrong information

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just because I wasn't available to get their call they cancelled my order Eve after calling and asking them to not to do so after so many requests they make me believe they'll not do so but then they never received my call or give any other response on the same very rude unprofessional behaviour and pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. They don't contact or call. My parcel reached to them on 21st Feb but they are writing out for delivery on dated 22nd Feb and 24 Feb and customer not available. They never called or contact. Very unprofessional and pathetic service. I fade up trying to the website and Xpressbees customer care. They Xpressbees customer care don't have any contact no. of the centre also. If you are unable to service then please don't harass people like this. What is your problem ??
