★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost service ever. Well behaved but they didn't deliver if out of Kharagpur. Only 3 to 4 boys working there . They ask me to come but product was not there. The Location Picture is shift from there..Now in a different place. One thing they wish to deliver the product but I have to come to their place(Office) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad courier service. My courier reached xpressbees office on 15th December but till today i have not received my parcel. Every day i get message that the parcel is out for delivery and at evening another message saying that parcel could not be delivered because client was not available or phone was not reachable but no one has called even for once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service today one message came that your boat smart watch is out of delivery.And delivery boy's name subha Singha Roy and number they provided and when I called him he said I left job and now I don't know whom I will contact and get the product immidiately.Horrible courrier service.If there is option of 0 star I will give it that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst courier service I have ever encountered in my life. For 3 days, continuously I would receive a message 'Out for delivery' in the morning and 'Customer not available' in the afternoon, although I didn't receive ba single call from the delivery agent. The same thing has happened with many other customers too as per the reviews. I had to personally go to their office to collect my package otherwise I would never ever get it!!
