★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience faced. Delivery boy had not delivered (deliver date 2nd oct, 2021) my order due to his working hours was over ( what he has told to me) even he had not called me. On that day he returned my parcel to their office and marked as "address incomplete" . I tried to contact with their office but unfortunately I can not found any proper address or contact number in internet (I have not received any message regarding delivery boy contact number so, I try to find out in internet) such a bad courier service it is. This all incident happened till 5th oct , 2021. Then I saw one xpressbees delivery boy in our locality , I asked him their office address, contact number , why my parcel got stucked how to get my parcel back, then he helped me . After that day I went for their office , somehow I found ;that office is very unorganized and running by unprofessional employees . I asked to their office in charge about my parcel , he told that there are lot of parcels so he can not find out today ; he also told me that parcel will be surely delivered tomorrow at your address. I agreed , asked his contact number and returned back . Next day I try contact several times but he picked my phone only for 1st time and told me he is trying to find out but after that he blocked my phone . So, I had to go one more time to xpressbees office on that day. After a lot of time waiting and giving pressure to him , he somehow managed to find out my parcel. It is really very frustrating and disappointing . If I will wait for my parcel home delivery , it will be waiting forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was supposed to receive my shipment a week ago which was from Maharashtra. But till date i haven't received a single update from courier teams end regarding the tentative date for my delivery. Inquired then more than 3 times but no response from their end. Delay in shipment is resulting into loss and thinking of filing PIL against them if the same continues for a couple of days more.

This Company is totally fraud it's delivery person are lier,cheater and fully 420.I will suggest if u see that any e-commerce company connecting your courrier by this company directly cancel your order otherwise you may get in trouble.

I called the delivery boy, he said he does not do delivery on my pin code so he returned to hub, then they update status to sender company as I refused to accept the parcel! I called the hub number, the person received my call once and said he is driving and asked me to call later, then always disconnect the call whenever tried. Ultimately I never received the parcel through this FRAUD company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a FRAUD COMPANY. Yes it is!! A dress was couriered to me in Kolkata by a shop in Delhi which never reached. The tracking number is just for show. They updated on their portal that ' customer not available' and ' customer wants open delivery ' etc without even attempting to contact me. They even lied to the shop in Delhi that I didn't pick up their call. Everyday they were updating random things on their portal without delivering my parcel. In the end the shop returned the parcel and I had to pay money for the courier charges because of these cheaters.
