★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know abut malancha branch of xpresssion but i had a worst experience ever in xpression of inda branch. I will suggest everyone not to go there. Its just waste of time and money. I went there for hair cut and i wanted to have a particular haircut but they did something else and after coming back i found my haircut horrible. They charged 700 for that haircut and told me this is something different haircut which will make you hair look bouncy but ended up with nothing. Unsatisfactory behavior and there service. I will suggest you never go to this expresson saloon of inda branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been to this place total 3 times and the last was on 23.12.2020 and the service offered by them this time was not at all satisfactory..!! On top of this, they have increased the prices as well. 300 rs for men's hair cut and 150 rs for beard. C'mon guys, yeh Kharagpur h aur kgp ek town h koi metropolitan city nahi..!!
Even if you're charging high prices then make sure you provide top notch services as well.!
I better suggest there's no harm in visiting once only once and u can draw your own conclusion.

Unprofessional service.
No temperature check for customers although they have the infrared thermometer lying on the table.
They don't even use the use n throw apron for haircut during the Covid situation. It merely costs 10₹.
No hot water for headwash.
Razors aren't sterelized. After telling them, they just sprayed with water.
Shaving procedure was very harsh.... A can of Gillette foam costs 199₹. They charge 100₹ for shaving, but hardly use foam with lot of water. Felt like they were pulling the razor on dry skin.
No face cream moisture post shaving....
Full tu bhikari saloon... Don't know on what basis they charge so much.
Local barbers are much better professionally and economically.
