★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I'm very strict in terms of rating services than products. So if I'm giving this salon a five star, there's really something nice about it.
Services - I've taken facial, waxing, manicure and pedicure here and every service was so satisfying. Ms. Mamta did my facial and the massage she gave was quite relaxing and felt like she knew her job very well.
Staff - The staff is very warm and welcoming. They're always proactive in terms of making sure if the customer is happy and comfortable.
Cost - The cost is a bit expensive but the quality of service compensates it. But if they increase the rates, I may think twice before going.
The only thing that I didn't like is that they don't have a rate card/ price list for the services they provide. This makes it difficult to decide which service to go for when you've to ask the price for the services everytime to the staff /owner. Also it creates a doubt that they might offer a different price to some other customer when they don't have a rate list pasted / written anywhere.
